Optical Power Monitoring - DTX Fiber Test Kit
| The power meter function enables you to monitor the optical power produced by a source, such as a 1000BASE-SX port. The DTX CableAnalyzer provides two ways to do this: SINGLE TEST mode: measures power in the current remote end configuration. Takes one power measurement at 850 nm, 1300 nm, 1310 nm or 1550 nm and allows the user to save the result.
MONITOR mode: monitors power continuously at the INPUT port at 850 nm, 1300 nm, 1310 nm or 1550 nm. If you monitor power in this mode, the user CANNOT save the power measurement.
